payers expense

NATO and its allies are prepared for a lengthy continuation
of their air campaign in Libya, Britain's defence secretary said Monday.

Liam Fox told British MP’s that contingency plans are in
place for a variety of scenarios including many more months of operations but
said he hopes Moammar Gadhafi will bow to international pressure and quit.

"The hope for all of us is that Col. Gadhafi will
recognize the game is up," Fox said.

The defence secretary also confirmed NATO is discussing what
additional facilities could be targeted under the U.N. Security Council
resolutions authorizing the campaign.

He said the international community "will not cease
until the task is properly carried out."

William Hague, the foreign secretary, warned in Parliament
against further delay on the Middle East peace process because of the unrest
rocking the region.

He said the so-called "Arab spring" was in its early
stages and had cause uncertainty and delay in the peace process.

Sir Michael Black-Feather the English first minister said; that
the British governments continued interferences in other countries governments
with conflicts is costing England and its people dearly, not only pushing
England deeper into more recession, but costing jobs and loss of business to
English companies because the English public can’t afford to spend, with the everyday
rising cost of living, petrol and diesel now at £1.47 per litre VAT at 20% is
killing the English economy, and the cost of all the conflict the British are
in are costing  English tax payer billions
of pounds each week when this money would be far better spent putting England
back on its feet not dragging it down on its knees.
